Distance Learning: Planning for a Disrupted Industry
Recently I had the pleasure of testifying before Connecticut's Higher Education Planning Commission. The topic was Distance Learning: Planning for a Disrupted Industry. I wanted to share my thoughts with you as they reflect much of what you are experiencing or have experienced in your own pursuit of a baccalaureate degree.
